Bronze practice hikes
Duration: 3 days 2 nights (including 1 day preparation and training)
Venue: Somerset Outdoor Learning Centre, Colo River, Upper Colo NSW 2756
- Option 1: Friday 13th March to Sunday 15 March (week 7, Term 1)
- Option 2: Friday 20th March to Sunday 22 March (week 8, Term 1)
- Option 3: Friday 1st May to Sunday 3rd May (week 1, Term 2)
- Option 4: Friday 15th May to Sunday 17th May (week 3, Term 2)
Getting there: a bus takes the students on the Friday, parents are to arrange pick up at approximately 2pm on the Sunday.
Bronze qualifying journeys
Duration: 2 day overnight hike
Venue: Somerset Outdoor Learning Centre, Upper Colo NSW 2756
- Option 1: Saturday 17th October to Sunday 18th October 2020 (week 1, Term 4)
- Option 2: Saturday 24th October to Sunday, 25th October 2020 (week 2, Term 4)
- Option 3: Saturday 31st October to Sunday, 1st November 2020 (week 3, Term 4)
- Option 4: Saturday, 14th November to Sunday, 15th November 2020 (week 5, Term 4)
Getting there: arrange own transport to and from Somerset.
Silver practice hike
Duration: 3 day, 2 night pack and paddle
Venue: TBA Youth Advance
- Option 1: Sunday 5th to Tuesday 7th April 2020 (week 10, Term 1)
- Option 2: Sunday 3rd to Tuesday 5th May 2020 (week 1, Term 2)
